Our Story
Forcastra was founded by finance specialists who spent years working with some of the top software acquisition firms — running financial due diligence, building valuation models, and advising on the deals that shaped the SaaS and Managed Services landscape.
One pattern kept repeating: great businesses were leaving value on the table. Books that looked fine to a bookkeeper fell apart under a Quality of Earnings review. Revenue that seemed strong had recognition issues that spooked buyers.
